The awards, which are in their fifth year, celebrate the work of housing associations in creating better and safer places to live.
Eleven awards are up for grabs, in categories ranging from Greener Neighbourhoods to Local Engagement and Involvement.
Housing associations are also encouraged to nominate residents for the Best Neighbour category, for the person who has made the biggest contribution to improving their neighborhood.
David Orr, chief executive of the National Housing Federation, said: %26quot;The Neighbourhood Awards pay tribute to housing associations who have made their local community a better place to live.
%26quot;These awards are particularly special because they are judged by housing association tenants from across the country.
%26quot;Each year, the standard of entries gets better and better. We%26#39;re confident that this year%26#39;s Awards will be the biggest and best yet.%26quot;
Housing associations have until 19 May to submit their entries via the Neighbourhood Awards website, www.neighbourhoodawards.org.uk.
Housing association tenants from around the country will then judge their entries online.
Winners will be announced at a ceremony to be held on 18 September at the National Housing Federation Annual Conference in Birmingham.
