The inaugural 2007 NFA awards received an overwhelming response and the quality of entry was excellent, said the organisations chair Dennis Rees. The fact that the government has begun to recognise the quality of the ALMO framework and extend the role of ALMOs, giving us broader responsibilities and functions, is testament to the great work being done around the country. We are expecting the 2008 awards to be bigger and better than last year and are inviting entries from everyone involved in ALMO projects around the country.
