Curtain Club Play Offers Summer In November

If you are lamenting the snow and ice just around the corner, the local theatre will help you recapture summer.
Take a trip to The Curtain Club theatre any day from Nov. 14 to 29 to enjoy a performance of That Summer.
That Summer is set in Ontario cottage country in 1990. Thirty-two years earlier, the main character, Margaret, vacationed there with her family.
Staged as a memory play, the older Margaret watches her younger self relive the innocence of her youth.
A preview performance of That Summer will be held on Nov. 13, with the official opening on the next night, where following the show a reception will be held in the theatre lobby and audience members will have an opportunity to meet the cast, design team and crew.
The Curtain Club is located at 400 Newkirk Rd., just at Elgin Mills Road.
